Choco-Mint Marshmallow Goldfish Treats

Ingredients & Directions

  • 5 ounces miniature marshmallows (about 2 1/2 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into thin slices
  • 1 package (6.3 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Goldfish® Chocolate Mint + Pretzel Mix
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Grease an 8x8x2-inch baking dish.

Stir the marshmallows and butter in a large microwavable bowl (You'll want a larger bowl because marshmallows sometimes puff up in the microwave).  Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or until the marshmallows are melted.  Stir until smooth.  Add the pretzel mix and chocolate chips and stir to coat.

Press the warm mixture into the baking dish (Spray a spatula or your hands with cooking spray before using to press the sticky mixture into the dish).  Refrigerate for 1 hour before cutting.


You can press extra chocolate chips or candy-coated chocolate candies into the top while the mixture is still warm.
