Ingredients & Directions
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 2 slices Pepperidge Farm® Harvest Blends™ Seeded Grain Bread or Pepperidge Farm® Whole Grain 15 Grain Bread
- 1/2 medium cucumber, cut into 6 thin slices
- 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- 2 thin slices tomato
- 2 thin slices red onion
Spread the hummus on 1 bread slice. Top with the cucumber, cheese, tomato, onion and remaining bread slice.
